Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line support for hotel staff on hardware, software, printers, and mobile devices.
• Monitor and support POS terminals, electronic key card encoders, and guest Wi‑Fi.
• Configure routers, switches, and LAN for uninterrupted property communication.
• Handle password resets and manage Active Directory user accounts.
• Run daily data backups and maintain antivirus protections.
• Coordinate with external vendors for hotel app upgrades or fixes.
