Job summary

Moxy Putrajaya is offering a Front Office Internship to gain hands-on exposure to hotel operations. You will support front desk, guest services, concierge, and related tasks while developing communication and problem-solving skills.

Ideal candidates are pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Hospitality or related field, with a passion for guest experiences and a collaborative, guest-centric mindset. This program provides real-world exposure in a Marriott-brand environment.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Hotel Management, Business, or related field.
• Demonstrated passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills expected.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Support guest check-in and check-out with exceptional service.
• Assist guests with enquiries, requests, and information about the hotel and local attractions.
• Handle guest calls, messages, and service requests professionally.
• Support Concierge and Guest Services operations, including luggage and transport arrangements.
• Learn and assist with Marriott Bonvoy member recognition and guest engagement initiatives.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Engineering, F&B, and other departments for seamless guest experiences.
• Assist with Front Office administrative tasks, reports, and documentation.
• Support service recovery efforts and address guest concerns promptly.
