Responsibilities

• Support guest check-in and check-out with exceptional service.
• Assist guests with enquiries, requests, and information about the hotel and local attractions.
• Handle guest calls, messages, and service requests professionally.
• Support Concierge and Guest Services operations, including luggage and transport arrangements.
• Learn and assist with Marriott Bonvoy member recognition and guest engagement initiatives.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Engineering, F&B, and other departments for seamless guest experiences.
• Assist with Front Office administrative tasks, reports, and documentation.
• Support service recovery efforts and address guest concerns promptly.

As a Front Office Intern, you'll support the Front Office team in delivering friendly and efficient guest service across Front Desk, Guest Services, Concierge, and related operations. This internship is designed to give you real-world hospitality experience while developing your communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.

What You'll Do

• Support guest check-in and check-out processes while delivering exceptional service.
• Assist guests with enquiries, requests, and general information about the hotel and local attractions.
• Handle guest calls, messages, and service requests professionally and efficiently.
• Support Concierge and Guest Services operations, including luggage assistance and transportation arrangements.
• Learn and assist with Marriott Bonvoy member recognition and guest engagement initiatives.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Engineering, Food & Beverage, and other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Assist with Front Office administrative tasks, reports, and operational documentation.
• Support service recovery efforts and ensure guest concerns are addressed promptly.
• Gain exposure to daily hotel operations and Front Office procedures.
• Follow Marriott and Moxy brand standards, policies, and service expectations.
