Qualifications

• Be currently enrolled as a college or university student.

Responsibilities

• Assist Front Office team with guest check-in and check-out tasks.
• Answer guest requests, inquiries, and provide information on hotel facilities and local attractions.
• Handle calls and messages for the Front Desk and related operations.
• Assist with luggage, transportation arrangements, and guest onboarding processes.
• Support daily Front Office administration tasks to ensure smooth guest experiences.
