Job summary

Tune Hotel Danga Bay in Johor is seeking a Front Office Executive Intern to support day-to-day hotel operations and be the first point of contact for guests. You will assist in check-in/check-out, reservations and guest inquiries, gaining hands-on experience in a dynamic hospitality setting.

You will also learn revenue strategies, guest relations, and cross-department teamwork while developing communication and problem-solving skills for a career in hospitality.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Hospitality, Hotel Management, Tourism or a related field.
• Friendly, approachable and comfortable interacting with guests.
• Customer service-oriented with a positive attitude.
• Willing to learn and take initiative.
• Organised and attentive to detail.
• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
