To support the Front Office team in delivering friendly and efficient guest service across Front Desk, Guest Services, Concierge and related operations. The intern may assist with guest check-in and check-out, answering guest requests and enquiries, handling calls and messages, assisting with luggage and transportation arrangements, providing information on hotel facilities and local attractions, and supporting daily Front Office administrative tasks. The role provides hands‑on exposure to hotel operations while developing communication, customer service and problem‑solving skills.
