Job summary

Hyatt House Kuala Lumpur, Mont Kiara invites energetic interns to join our hospitality team. You will gain hands-on experience in front desk guest relations, food and beverage service, and delivering memorable guest experiences.

We offer intensive training, coaching and mentoring, with exposure to leadership programs. A diploma or degree in Tourism, Business, or related fields is preferred, alongside strong English skills and a positive attitude.

Qualifications

• Possess a Diploma or Degree in Tourism Management / Business / Culinary or any major related field
• Previous experience working in hotels, restaurants or similar large establishments is an added advantage
• A good working knowledge of English Language/ Proficiency in local language may be required
• A critical person with utmost attention to details
• Pleasant personality and good work attitude
• Able to provide outstanding customer experience to the guests
• Ability to communicate proactively with team members and guests
• Values teamwork and able to motivate team members to achieve goals
