Malaysia University of Science and Technology (MUST) is seeking a Hostel Administrative Officer to oversee daily hostel operations, ensuring resident safety and well-being. You will monitor rules and discipline, handle check-in/out, and maintain occupancy and room records, while preparing reports and coordinating with university departments.

The role requires SPM or equivalent, basic IT skills, and a valid driving licence. Fresh graduates are welcome.

• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Able to respond to emergencies or hostel matters outside normal working hours when required.
• Previous experience in hostel operations, administration or student affairs will be an added advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct regular room and hostel inspections.
• Monitor and follow up on maintenance and facility issues.
• Coordinate with relevant University departments on hostel, student and maintenance matters.
• Attend to student concerns and emergencies when required.
• Perform other administrative and hostel-related duties as assigned.
