Job summary

• Ensure the safety and security of students by implementing security protocols, conducting safety checks, and maintaining fire safety measures.
• Enforce hostel rules and regulations, managing student behavior to maintain a respectful living environment and resolving conflicts among residents.
• Assist in allocating rooms to new and returning students, maintaining accurate records of occupancy and room assignments.
• Oversee the cleanliness and hygiene of common areas and dorm rooms, ensuring adherence to health and safety guidelines.
• Provide counseling for students facing personal, academic, or emotional challenges, referring them to appropriate university support services as needed.
• Maintain open communication with students and university administration, updating residents on important information, documenting incidents, and preparing periodic reports for university authorities.

Job Requirements:

• Candidates must possess at least an SPM qualification and have a minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills in both Bahasa Malaysia and English are essential.
