Job summary

Malaysia University Of Science & Technology (MUST) is seeking a Finance professional to manage student financial records, including tuition fees and balances, and to monitor payments. The role involves handling inquiries from students and parents, verifying payments, and preparing receipts and statements.

You will assist with payment arrangements, reconcile accounts, and coordinate with departments to ensure accurate, confidential records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience, preferably in education.
• Experience in student accounts, tuition fee management, collections or related functions.
• Good numerical and analytical skills with strong attention to detail.
• Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Experience with financial documentation and confidentiality considerations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and manage student financial records, including tuition fees and outstanding balances.
• Monitor and follow up on outstanding student fees and payments.
• Attend to student and parent enquiries related to fees, payments, and financial matters.
