Job summary

SummitNext Technologies Sdn. Bhd. in Selangor (Petaling Jaya) seeks a Sales Development Representative for English-speaking markets. You will conduct outbound calls, qualify leads, set appointments, and collaborate with the sales team to convert opportunities into sales.

Requires at least 1 year in telemarketing or related roles, strong English, and a drive to achieve targets. Basic salary RM2,800–RM3,000 with commission, training, and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Malaysian nationality required.
• Minimum 1 year telemarketing or sales experience.
• Proven ability to generate qualified leads and set appointments by phone.
• Excellent English communication skills; Mandarin a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound telemarketing calls to potential and existing customers.
• Engage customers, understand needs, and identify sales opportunities.
• Present, promote, and explain products and services persuasively.
• Qualify leads and set appointments for the sales team.
• Follow up with leads from campaigns and other sources.
• Maintain accurate CRM records of interactions and outcomes.
• Collaborate with the sales team for handovers and opportunities.
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
