SummitNext Technologies Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Sales Development Representative (Work from Home) to support Singapore-based customers.

You will conduct outbound calls, qualify leads, and set appointments for the sales team, while maintaining CRM records and building strong customer relationships. Responsibilities include follow-ups, handling objections, and collaborating with the sales crew to ensure smooth handovers.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of proven experience in telemarketing, telesales, business development, inside sales, or a similar customer-facing sales role.
• Strong outbound telemarketing experience is required, particularly calling customers and setting appointments.
• Experience handling Singapore customers will be a strong advantage.
• Mandarin-speaking ability is required to support Mandarin-speaking customers.
• SPM qualification or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound telemarketing calls to potential and existing customers in Singapore using provided databases.
• Qualify leads and set appointments for the sales team.
• Follow up with leads generated through campaigns, databases, and other sources.
• Maintain CRM records of interactions, lead status, and appointments.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships and handle objections professionally.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure proper handover of qualified leads and appointments.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
