Job summary

REN Wellness Retreat, operated by ERMS Berhad, seeks a Storekeeper to manage stock for a hospitality, health and wellness destination. You will handle receiving, storing, issuing materials, and maintaining accurate inventory records within a regulated environment.

Ideal candidates have SPM or higher qualifications with 1–2 years in inventory or storekeeping, preferably in hotel operations or healthcare.Strong attention to detail and teamwork are essential.

• Prior experience with stock handling and inventory control.
• Knowledge of receiving procedures and supplier coordination.
• Ability to perform regular stock counts and reconcile variances.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in recording transactions.

Receive, store, and issue materials, supplies, and equipment.

Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile with system balances.

Check deliveries against purchase orders and invoices.

Inspect goods for quality, quantity, and damage.

Reject or report any discrepancies, damaged, or expired items.

Label items clearly and maintain storage cleanliness and safety.

Coordinate with suppliers on delivery schedules when required.

Requirements

• At least SPM qualification; Certificate/Diploma in Hospitality, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field is a plus point.
• Minimum 1 - 2 years of working experience as a Storekeeper or in a similar role in food service or inventory management.
• Experience in hotel operations or healthcare industry will be an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of inventory control, receiving procedures, and stock management.
• Fit and able to handle and move goods when required.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
