MVC Resources seeks a senior HR leader to align HR strategy, manpower planning, payroll, and complex C&B structures with our business goals. This role also oversees foreign worker management, HRIS systems, and labour relations to optimize costs and ensure compliance.

The candidate will lead cross-functional teams, manage budgets, and drive data-driven HR analytics to support organizational transformation and growth in Malaysia.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or Law; professional HR certification is advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Align HR strategies, organizational structures, and workforce planning with business goals.
• Direct payroll operations and administer remuneration, bonus, and incentives to ensure accurate disbursement.
