MVC Resources is seeking an HR Leader to drive HR and Administration across recruitment, performance, learning & development, compensation, payroll, and industrial relations in Malaysia. You will develop strategies, policies, and processes aligned with business goals and ensure regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or professional qualification in HRM, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5–8 years of managerial experience in HR.
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices, Employment Act, Industrial Relations and statutory requirements.
• Proven ability to manage employee relations, disciplinary processes and domestic inquiries.
• Excellent interpersonal communication and leadership skills with ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong planning, analytical and execution capabilities with good business acumen.

Responsabilités

• Lead and manage the full scope of HR and Administration functions including Recruitment, Performance Management, Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits, Payroll, Industrial Relations, Employee Engagement, and General Administration.
• Develop and execute HR strategies, policies, and initiatives aligned with business objectives.
• Lead manpower planning, recruitment strategies, and talent acquisition initiatives to fulfill vacancies and build pipelines for critical roles.
• Review and enhance HR policies, SOPs and processes to improve efficiency and compliance with Malaysian labour laws.
• Oversee payroll accuracy and compliance with government legislation and local regulations.
• Ensure HR sustainability reporting, statutory submissions and internal HR analytics.
• Assist in administering compensation and benefits programmes and conduct market benchmarking.
• Lead the annual performance management cycle with guidance to managers and employees.
• Oversee foreign worker administration and regulatory compliance.
• Manage employee relations issues ensuring compliance with EA 1955 amendments and IR Act.
• Collaborate with management to foster a positive working environment.
