Job summary

Turnkey Consulting Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced HR professional to own the people agenda across our Global Capability Center in Kuala Lumpur. You will partner with leadership to steer recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and HR operations in a fast-growing, multi-location setting.

This role blends strategic planning with practical delivery, offering autonomy and high visibility within a cybersecurity, digital transformation context.

Qualifications

• 6-8 years progressive HR experience, including HRBP/HR Manager roles.
• Strong knowledge of employment legislation and governance.
• Experience across recruitment, performance management, talent development, and employee engagement.
• Ability to partner with leaders and manage multiple locations.
• English proficiency across regional teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary HR advisor to leadership, managers and employees.
• Partner with practice leaders on workforce planning, org design, talent management, engagement, and retention strategies.
• Lead performance management and talent development programmes, including goal setting, performance reviews, succession planning, and career development.
• Manage employee relations matters, including performance, disciplinary, grievance, and attendance cases.
• Oversee recruitment and selection activities, including candidate pipeline management and delivery of a positive candidate experience.
• Provide market intelligence on compensation, benefits, talent availability, and labour market trends to support workforce and hiring decisions.
• Oversee the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, employment changes, payroll coordination, and offboarding.
• Continuously improve HR policies, processes, systems, and employee programmes to enhance operational effectiveness and employee experience.
• Ensure compliance with employment legislation, statutory requirements, and HR governance standards.
• Analyse workforce metrics and people data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, providing actionable recommendations to leadership.
