Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in semiconductor assembly environments with FOL/EOL and backend operations.
• Proven capability to manage large manufacturing teams and drive performance.
• Strong leadership and strategic planning skills to align operations with business goals.
• Experience with Lean, Six Sigma or other continuous improvement methodologies.

Strategic & Performance Management

Develop and execute assembly operations strategies aligned with business and customer needs

Drive continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.) to enhance productivity and reduce cost

Monitor and improve key performance indicators across manufacturing operations

Manufacturing Excellence

Champion best practices in high-mix, high-volume semiconductor manufacturing

Optimize assembly processes to improve yield, cycle time, and cost efficiency

Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and industry requirements

Lead, mentor, and develop large manufacturing teams across multiple functional levels

Build a high-performance culture focused on accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement

Strengthen organizational capabilities to support business growth and scalability

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Partner closely with engineering, quality, and supply chain teams to ensure seamless operations

Qualifications & Experience

Experience

15–20 years of experience in:

Semiconductor manufacturing

OSAT FOL & EOL & backend operations

High-volume manufacturing environments

Minimum 8–10 years in senior leadership or management roles

Operational Expertise

Strong experience managing:

FOL and EOL assembly operations

Large manufacturing teams

Proven ability to meet global customer requirements and expectations
