Job summary

Agensi Pekerjaan GMRecruitment Sdn Bhd is seeking a Senior Production Lead for a semiconductor manufacturing site in Johor Bahru, Malaysia. You will lead overall production operations, plan output, ensure safety and quality, and drive cost control and on-time delivery.

You will collaborate with engineering, quality, maintenance and supply chain teams, manage manpower planning, monitor performance, and report production metrics to optimize yield and reduce waste in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing, Industrial or related field).
• 5–8 years production/manufacturing experience, preferably semiconductor.
• At least 3 years in supervisory or management role.
• Strong knowledge of semiconductor production processes.
• Experience in Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Able to communicate in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia (to support Mandarin-speaking stakeholders).
• Able to work in fast-paced manufacturing environment.
