You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to resolve day‑to‑day line issues, maximize efficiency, and ensure high‑quality products are shipped on time to meet all manufacturing KPIs.

Production & Process Management:
Oversee daily shift operations of the end-to-end assembly process, including SMT, Die Attach, Wirebond, Mold, Laser Mark, Plating, Ball Mount and AOI.
Manage production scheduling and resource allocation to effectively navigate a high-mix, low-volume (HMLV) environment.
Team Leadership & Development:
Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of production operators and technicians.
Manage headcount planning, shift scheduling, performance evaluations, and skill-matrix cross-training to ensure line flexibility.
Daily Planning & Execution:
Plan daily production line activities to meet targeted output, cycle times, and delivery schedules.
Conduct daily tier meetings/stand‑ups to communicate targets, assign tasks, and review previous shift performance.
Issue Resolution & Cross‑Functional Collaboration:
Act as the first line of defense in troubleshooting day‑to‑day line disruptions (equipment downtime, material shortages, quality deviations).
Partner closely with Quality, Process Engineering, Maintenance, and Supply Chain teams to implement immediate containment and long‑term corrective actions.
KPI & Performance Tracking:
Monitor and drive key manufacturing metrics: Yield, Output, OEE, Cost and On‑Time Delivery (OTD).
Ensure strict adherence to 5S, safety protocols, and Quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949).
