Job summary

Private Advertiser in Malaysia, Perak seeks a seasoned manufacturing leader to oversee end-to-end assembly operations for FOL and EOL processes, managing multiple lines to ensure throughput and delivery targets.

Lead Lean and Six Sigma improvements, build a high-performance culture, mentor large teams, and collaborate with engineering, quality, and supply chain for flawless execution. Ensure compliance with standards and support customer audits.

Qualifications

• 15–20 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing.
• OSAT FOL & EOL & backend operations experience.
• Minimum 8–10 years in senior leadership roles.
• Experience in high-volume manufacturing and global customer delivery.

Lead end-to-end assembly operations covering FOL and EOL processes

Oversee multiple production lines to ensure optimal throughput, efficiency, and utilization

Drive achievement of production targets across quality, cost, and delivery metrics

Strategic & Performance Management

Develop and execute assembly operations strategies aligned with business and customer needs

Drive continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.) to enhance productivity and reduce cost

Monitor and improve key performance indicators across manufacturing operations

Manufacturing Excellence

Champion best practices in high-mix, high-volume semiconductor manufacturing

Optimize assembly processes to improve yield, cycle time, and cost efficiency

Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and industry requirements

Lead, mentor, and develop large manufacturing teams across multiple functional levels

Build a high-performance culture focused on accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement

Strengthen organizational capabilities to support business growth and scalability

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Partner closely with engineering, quality, and supply chain teams to ensure seamless operations

Support new product introduction (NPI) and process transfer activities

Align with test and backend operations to ensure end-to-end manufacturing success

Act as a key operational interface for global customers

Ensure alignment with customer expectations on delivery, quality, and responsiveness

Support customer audits and drive operational credibility

Qualifications & Experience

Experience

15–20 years of experience in:

Semiconductor manufacturing

OSAT FOL & EOL & backend operations

High-volume manufacturing environments

Minimum 8–10 years in senior leadership or management roles

Operational Expertise

Strong experience managing:
