Qualifications

• 15–20 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing.
• OSAT FOL & EOL & backend operations experience.
• Minimum 8–10 years in senior leadership roles.
• Experience in high-volume manufacturing and global customer delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end assembly operations covering FOL and EOL processes.
• Oversee multiple production lines to ensure throughput and utilization.
• Drive achievement of production targets across quality, cost, and delivery metrics.
• Partner with engineering, quality, and supply chain to ensure seamless operations.
• Mentor and develop large manufacturing teams and build a high-performance culture.
