Qualifications

• Experience leading, coaching, or mentoring sales teams.
• Analytical and results-driven, with excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Experience and knowledge of the heavy equipment industry is an advantage.
• Fluent in English, Bahasa Melayu, and Mandarin; Mandarin proficiency preferred.
