Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking an After Sales Warranty And Parts Manager in Malaysia (Sarawak, Kuching). The role requires 5–10 years of experience in heavy industrial, construction, mining, forestry, plantation/agricultural machinery and related after-sales warranty and parts matters.

Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin is required, with Mandarin communication preferred for Mandarin-speaking clients.

Qualifications

• Possess at least STPM/ Diploma/ Degree in related field.
• At least 5-10 years of experience in handling Heavy Industrial, Construction, Mining, Forestry, Plantation/ Agricultural Machinery and Equipment After sales Warranty, Parts and other related matters.
• Good in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin; Mandarin proficiency preferred.
• Able to communicate well with Customers and Supplier.
• Able to work independently and manage the team well.
• Possess driving license (Class D).
