SOUTH ASIA HARDWARE & MACHINERY SDN BHD is hiring a Shop Assistant (Junior Executive level) in Johor Bahru, Malaysia. You will handle receiving and organizing shipments, assist customers, manage promotions, and perform price checks as part of a busy retail team.

The role requires 1 year of experience, ability to stand for long periods, and familiarity with POS systems and pricing equipment. On-site work in Johor with a strong focus on customer service and accuracy.

Formación

• Experience in retail sales preferred.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Familiar with labeling and pricing equipment and POS systems.

Responsabilidades

• Receiving, processing, and organising shipments and deliveries.
• Restocking items and maintaining a tidy sales floor.
• Assist customers in locating items.
• Inform customers of promotions to drive sales.
• Perform price audits and correct discrepancies.
• End-of-day cleaning duties and shop maintenance.
• Address customer complaints professionally.
• Process payments using POS system.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of store items to provide advice.
