Job summary

KK Group of Companies (Retail) is seeking a store associate to assist in daily operations at our Kuala Lumpur outlets. You will help receive, stock, present merchandise, operate POS systems, and maintain store standards with a strong focus on customer service.

The role requires good communication skills, basic computer and POS knowledge, and willingness to work shifts including weekends and holidays. Transportation is preferred for this position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is an added advantage.
• 1-3 years of retail experience preferred.
• Supervisory experience is an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer and POS knowledge.
• Able to work shifts, weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
• Possess own transportation.

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily store operations and ensure smooth outlet activities.
• Receive, inspect, record, arrange, replenish, and return merchandise.
• Assist with stock management and inventory checking.
• Maintain cleanliness, housekeeping, and proper store presentation.
• Operate POS systems and store equipment according to company procedures.
• Ensure proper care and security of company assets and merchandise.
• Provide friendly and professional customer service.
• Assist with emergencies and report incidents to the person in charge.
• Follow all company policies, operational procedures, and safety guidelines.
• Maintain KK Supermart's brand image and service standards.
