Key responsibilities

Welcome customers and provide friendly customer service

Introduce and recommend suitable products to customers

Explain product features, prices and current promotions

Actively promote products and assist in achieving store sales targets

Handle cashier duties, payments and sales transactions accurately

Receive, check and arrange incoming stock

Label, organise and display merchandise properly

Monitor stock levels and report low-stock items

Assist with stock counts and inventory checks

About you

Good communication and customer service skills

Friendly, responsible and punctual

Comfortable communicating with customers and promoting products

Basic numerical and computer/POS skills

Able to handle cash and electronic payment transactions responsibly

Willing to learn about our products

Able to organise stock and maintain accurate inventory

Retail, cashier, promoter or storekeeping experience is an advantage
