Job summary

Chai Nam Khiaw Trading Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a store associate to assist customers, provide product information, and maintain shelves. You will support order preparation and loading/unloading, ensuring accurate stock levels and attractive displays.

The role requires hardware knowledge, good communication, reliability, and the ability to work independently or in a team. Training is provided and overtime may apply.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM or equivalent.
• Able to work independently and complete tasks responsibly.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Experience or basic knowledge in the hardware industry is preferred.
• Honest, responsible, punctual and willing to learn.
• Able to work well in a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers and provide product information.
• Arrange and replenish products on shelves.
• Prepare customer orders and assist with loading and unloading.
• Check stock and maintain product displays.
• Assist with daily store operations.
