Job summary

Rakanda Enterprise is seeking a Shop Assistant to support the Retail Store Manager in floor operations, inventory control, and delivering friendly customer service at our Kajang store. You will receive, unpack and arrange stock, label products, and help customers find items.

You will handle inquiries and complaints courteously while staying sharp and accurate in duties. This full-time role suits someone with basic retail knowledge, able to work independently or in a team, in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM qualification.
• Age between 18 and 35.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Prior experience in retail is an added advantage.

• Receiving, unpacking and arranging newly delivered stocks
• Labelling and organizing goods on the display shelves
• Assisting customers in locating the products they're looking for
• Handling customer complaints and inquiries courteously
• Must be sharp, precise and careful in performing duties
• Responsible for retail selling activities
