Job summary

SINOVEST INDUSTRIES (M) SDN BHD is seeking a Sales Representative for hardware and electrical wholesale based in Teluk Panglima Garang, Selangor. The role focuses on developing new customers in Johor and Melaka, maintaining relationships, and driving sales through commission-based earnings.

Ideal candidates have sales experience, relevant hardware/electrical knowledge, and proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin. Own transport is required, and reside in Johor or Melaka to apply.

Qualifications

• Sales experience is preferred.
• Experience in hardware, electrical or related industries will be an advantage.
• Mandarin-speaking candidates are preferred to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Possess own transportation and a valid driving license.
• Candidates residing in Johor or Melaka are encouraged to apply.
• Able to work independently and manage customer accounts effectively.

Responsibilities

• Develop new customers and business opportunities in Johor and Melaka.
• Maintain good relationships with existing customers and support customer relationship management.
• Introduce and promote hardware and electrical products to customers.
• Follow up on customer enquiries, quotations and orders.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.
• Monitor market trends, customer needs and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
• Assist in sales and marketing activities, including customer visits and meetings.
• Prepare quotations, sales-related documents and reports.
• Maintain and update customer records and databases.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
