Job summary

FORTUNE VALLEY SDN. BHD. is seeking a front desk/telephone department supervisor to oversee all related areas and ensure wake-up calls are delivered punctually and courteously. The role emphasizes maintaining up-to-date hotel information for guest inquiries and upholding strict confidentiality of guest details.

The position requires strong oral communication skills and the ability to coordinate with internal and external parties to provide exceptional guest service.

Responsibilities

• Supervises all areas related to the Telephone Department
• Ensures an accurate and organized wakeup call request system is maintained and all wake up calls are delivered punctually and courteously at all times
• Maintains a high standard of oral communication with parties at all level, both internally and externally
• Ensures that all hotel information such as special promotions on rooms and F&B, outlet menu prices and outlet operating hours are kept up-to-date and readily available to assist with guest enquiries
• Ensures the confidentiality of all guest details are maintained at all times
• Performs any other duties as may be assigned from time to time
