Job summary

Fortune Valley Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Bell Attendant to warmly welcome guests, assist with luggage, and guide them to the Front Desk. You will manage luggage delivery and ensure prompt, courteous service throughout check-in and check-out.

Adhering to SOPs, maintaining security of guest property, and performing other duties as directed by the Bell Captain/Head Concierge, you will support daily hotel operations with professionalism.

Responsibilities

Assists guests arriving at the hotel with their luggage and offers assistance with directions to the Front Desk.
Delivers and retrieves luggage promptly, pleasantly and without delay.
Maintains direct responsibility for the security and efficient handling of all guest property.
Ensures the efficient handling of guest check in and check out and greets all guests that enter the hotel in a friendly, courteous and efficient manner.
Adheres to the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for the department and complies with company policies contained therein.
Other duties as required and directed by the Bell Captain/Head Concierge.
Performs other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
