Job summary

MOONLIGHT ESSENCE SDN BHD is seeking a front office professional for hotel operations. You will handle guest check-in and check-out, maintain the front office area daily, and manage cashiering with ABS processes. Training is provided and you will greet guests with a courteous, communicative approach.

The role requires at least SPM or Diploma in Hospitality, and fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Malaysian applicants only. Rotational shifts and status as Non Executive position.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least SPM / Diploma in Hospitality/Hotel Management or equivalent in any fields.
• Ability to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• A team player and can manage under pressure.
• MALAYSIAN ONLY.
