Job summary

BYON FLASH SUITES & HOTELS SDN. BHD. in Ipoh is seeking front desk staff to welcome guests, manage check-in/check-out, and answer inquiries while coordinating with housekeeping to ensure rooms are ready.

Fresh graduates are welcome. Basic Bahasa Malaysia and English are required; shift-based hours apply with potential weekend coverage. Join a friendly, service-driven team in a dynamic hotel environment.

Qualifications

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Experience in hotel, Airbnb, serviced apartment or hospitality industry is an advantage.
Responsible, punctual, honest and willing to learn.
Basic communication in Bahasa Malaysia and English.

Responsibilities

Assist with guest check-in and check-out processes.
Handle guest inquiries, requests and basic front desk matters.
Assist guests with luggage during arrival, departure or when required.
Guide and assist guests to their rooms/units when necessary.
Coordinate with housekeeping and operations teams to ensure room readiness.
Maintain proper guest records, booking updates and daily handover information.
Provide friendly and professional assistance to guests throughout their stay.
Support daily hotel/property operations and perform other operational tasks when required.
