Job summary

Romanee Conte Estate Management Sdn Bhd is recruiting for a Front Desk/Guest Services role at The Robertson Residences Bukit Bintang in Kuala Lumpur. You will welcome guests, manage check-ins/outs, handle reservations, and coordinate with bell staff and housekeeping to meet guest requests.

The position involves night shifts (5pm–2am) and rotating schedules, with opportunities to develop customer service skills and contribute to a premium guest experience.

Qualifications

• Open to candidates with or without prior experience.
• Strong written and spoken English and Bahasa Melayu abilities.
• Willing to learn and develop new skills.
• Positive attitude, responsible and reliable.
• Good team player and flexible for shifts.
• Willing to work night shifts (5pm–2am) on rotating basis.
• Must have own transportation for commuting.
• Able to commit to a long-term position.

Responsibilities

• Managing guest check-in and check-out with warm, professional service.
• Handling reservations and room inventory across platforms.
• Providing concierge services and information on local attractions.
• Handling billing and reconciling daily transactions.
• Addressing guest complaints or room issues promptly and professionally.
