Job summary

Hyatt Centric City Centre Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Host - Front Office who delivers an excellent and consistent level of service to guests. You will assist with guest services across reception, communications center and concierge, ensuring courteous, professional and flexible service aligned with hotel policies.

You must be willing to rotate within the Rooms division and other departments as assigned, to support guest satisfaction and smooth operation.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
• Minimum 2 years' work experience in hotel operations.
• Strong problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Rotate within different sub departments of the Rooms division, or other departments as assigned to support guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.
