Responsibilities

• Provides personalized customer service at the Main Lobby to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Delivers courteous and efficient service while handling guest requests within policy.
• Coordinates with other departments as required to fulfill guest needs.
• Manages bell service: luggage handling, storage, message delivery, and information provision.
• Opening doors and assisting with luggage at guest arrival and departure.
• Welcomes guests warmly and addresses them by name where possible.
• Assists in rooming guests and provides hotel information to maximize revenue.
• Offers knowledge about local attractions and travel information as needed.
• Arranges transportation and paging for guests as required.
• Maintains cleanliness and presentation of counter and lobby area.
• Monitors lobby lighting and environment; reports issues promptly.
• Represents professional image with grooming and uniforms as required.
• Performs additional duties as assigned by management.
