Job summary

Kimpton Naluria Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Bellman to warmly welcome guests, assist with luggage, guide them to their rooms, and provide local information to enhance their stay.

The role requires strong English communication, a valid driver’s license for valet supervision, and the ability to stand for long periods. Prior bell/valet experience in luxury hotels is preferred, with flexibility for shifts, nights, and weekends.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in bell/valet operations, luxury hotels preferred
• Willing to work shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays
• Excellent English communication; additional languages a plus
• Proficient in hotel PMS (Opera, Fidelio)
• Valid driver’s license for valet supervision
• Ability to lift 20kg and stand for extended periods

Responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival and departure, assist with luggage, and escort to rooms
• Provide information on local attractions, dining, transport, and events
• Handle luggage logistics during check-in/check-out and for groups
• Keep lobby and public areas clean, organized, and welcoming
• Coordinate with front desk, concierge, and valet teams for smooth guest service
