Job summary

Hotel Seri Malaysia Ipoh is seeking a dynamic Food & Beverage Assistant to support daily F&B operations in the restaurant and banquet services. You will prepare dining areas, take orders, serve guests, and maintain high standards of cleanliness and service.

Ideal candidates are team players with good communication skills, reliable, and able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays. Join a prominent hotel chain and contribute to excellent guest experiences at various dining venues in Ipoh.

Qualifications

Good communication and customer service skills.
Basic knowledge of food and beverage service.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Polite, friendly and well-groomed.
Responsible, disciplined and punctual.
Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

Prepare and arrange dining areas, tables, cutlery and service equipment before service.
Take food and beverage orders and serve guests efficiently.
Ensure food and beverages are served according to hotel standards.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the restaurant, banquet hall and service areas.
Assist in buffet setup, food replenishment and clearing during events and functions.
Attend to guest requests and provide excellent customer service.
Perform other duties as assigned by the F&B Supervisor or Head of Department.
