Qualifications

• Diploma in Hospitality, Tourism, F&B Service, or related field (advantage).
• Good grooming, professional demeanor and service-oriented attitude.
• Strong teamwork and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent English communication; Mandarin an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily Food & Beverage operations, including service setup and closing duties.
• Provide warm, friendly, and professional service to all guests.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and serve items according to standards.
• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained in all service areas.
• Assist with basic food preparation, table setting, and clearing of tables.
• Respond to guest requests and feedback promptly and professionally.
• Support stock control, replenishment, and basic inventory checks.
• Follow all food safety, hygiene, and health regulations.
• Work closely with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth operations.

Who Must You Be?

We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who are passionate about hospitality and enjoy working in a team-oriented environment. The ideal candidate should demonstrate the following qualities and qualifications:

• Previous experience in Food & Beverage, hospitality, or customer service is an advantage
• Basic knowledge of Opera POS systems and MS Office is a plus
• Good communication skills in English, ability to speak Mandarin is an added advantage
• Friendly, approachable, and service-oriented personality
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
• Strong teamwork and willingness to learn
• Positive attitude with good grooming and professionalism
• Diploma in Hospitality, Tourism, F&B Service, or related field is an advantage
• Willing to be based in Sepang and work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays
