Pullman Kuala Lumpur City Centre Hotel & Residences is seeking a Food and Beverage Assistant to greet guests, present menus, and take orders at the All Day Dining area. You will upsell, handle payments, and assist with smooth service alongside kitchen and bar staff.

The role requires a degree or diploma in Hotel Management or related fields, plus strong customer service and communication skills. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply and a professional appearance is expected.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least a Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management or related disciplines.
• Previous hotel-related experience is an added advantage. Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
• Pleasant-looking, well-groomed and maintain highest standard of cleanliness.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to communicate with the guests and anticipate their needs.
• Ability to smile and diffuse anger naturally.
• Have an enthusiastic and positive personality.
• Profound knowledge of customer service and of all beverage products and services.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greets guests and presents them with the menu.
• Informs guests about the special items for the day and menu changes if any.
• Suggest food and beverages to the guest and also try to upsell.
• Take food and beverage orders from the guest.
• Obtaining revenues, issuing receipts, accepting payments, returning the change.
• Performing basic cleaning tasks as needed or directed by supervisor.
