Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of working experience in food and beverage operations, preferably in a hotel or high-volume service environment.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in English; able to lead the floor and coach junior staff.

Responsibilities

• Support the F&B Manager in running day-to-day outlet operations and ensure service flows smoothly across all shifts.
• Be present on the floor during service, setting a positive example for attitude, cleanliness, and urgency.
• Assist with shift briefings, daily deployment, and ensuring the team is ready before service begins.
• Attend to guest feedback and complaints during service and escalate to management when needed.
• Coordinate with kitchen during service to ensure timely delivery and consistent food quality.
• Monitor wastage, stock movement, and daily sales; flag irregularities to management.
• Assist in stock ordering, receiving and inventory checks; ensure proper storage and recording.
• Follow cash handling, billing and daily reporting procedures accurately.
• Uphold hygiene, food safety, and cleanliness standards on floor and back-of-house.
• Coach and guide junior team members on service standards, product knowledge, and daily tasks.
