Job summary

Port Asam Pedas Ombak KLCC is seeking a friendly and professional service staff to greet guests, assist with seating, and take orders. You will provide menu recommendations, serve food and drinks, and maintain cleanliness across dining areas.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in F&B/service industry is preferred.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Friendly, polite, and well-groomed.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Assist guests with seating and provide menus.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and promptly.
• Provide information about menu items, promotions, and recommendations when required.
• Serve food and beverages according to outlet standards.
• Attend to guests' requests and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally and report to the Supervisor when necessary.
• Ensure tables, dining areas, service stations, and surrounding areas are clean and properly arranged.
• Prepare the outlet before opening and assist with closing procedures.
• Set up tables, cutleries, glassware, and other service items according to outlet standards.
