Job summary

ALLSTAR IP (MALAYSIA) SDN BHD is seeking a friendly service crew to provide attentive table service and support a smooth, welcoming guest experience at our venue in Kuala Lumpur. You will welcome guests, take orders, serve drinks, explain menu items and coordinate with kitchen and floor staff while maintaining clean tables and upholding hygiene and safety guidelines.

The role requires clear communication, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and availability to work nights, weekends

Qualifications

• Friendly, attentive and customer-focused.
• Able to communicate clearly and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous hospitality or nightlife experience is preferred.
• Able to stand for extended periods and carry trays safely.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and provide attentive table service.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately.
• Serve drinks and other items promptly.
• Explain menu items, promotions and table packages.
• Check on guests and respond to service requests.
• Maintain clean and properly arranged tables and service areas.
• Coordinate with bartenders, cashiers and floor supervisors.
• Process bills and payments according to company procedures.
• Follow hygiene, safety and responsible alcohol-service guidelines.
