Responsibilities

• Provide professional link between customer, servers & kitchen.
• Oversees all service station readiness.
• Maintain high quality food & beverage services.
• Greet & seat customers in warmly manner.
• Take food & drink orders accurately and offer menu recommendations; reaffirm orders before sending to kitchen.
• Check on tables during meals to ensure satisfaction.
• Handle and resolve complaints professionally.
• Present accurate final bill.
• Train, coach and guide junior servers on service standards and grooming on a daily basis.
