Job summary

Guestonic Property Management Sdn Bhd is seeking an organized Airbnb Customer Service cum Concierge Reception to manage guest inquiries from initial contact to check-in. The role focuses on delivering a seamless booking experience with strong emphasis on communication and attention to detail.

The position requires availability for 24-hour shift patterns, including mornings, afternoons, and nights, with shift allowances.

Qualifications

• Proficient verbal and written communication in English and Malay (Mandarin bonus).
• Fresh graduates welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Respond to booking inquiries via website and third-party platforms (Airbnb, Agoda, Booking.com, etc).
• Process reservations accurately and timely using the property management system.
• Provide guests with detailed information about homestay options, pricing, amenities, and local attractions.
• Coordinate between guests and operations teams to ensure accommodation readiness and availability.
