Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to perform moderately complex mathematical calculations.
• Proficient in English communication (written and spoken).
• Experience in luxury hotel or international chain is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register guests, providing prompt and courteous service.
• Check guests in and out, resolving challenges throughout their stay.
• Input guest details and room information into the computer system to confirm rates and reservations.
• Promote Hilton marketing programs and familiarize guests with hotel services.
• Handle payments, vouchers, and currency exchange ensuring accurate folios.
• Communicate effectively with other departments to meet guest needs.
• Upsell rooms and services to maximize guest satisfaction and revenue.
• Maintain knowledge of facilities, local attractions, and hotel policies.
