Job summary

Asia Green Travel Sdn Bhd's resort in Sepilok, Sandakan is seeking a full-time Front Office professional to be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a warm welcome and a seamless check-in/check-out experience.

You will handle inquiries, assist with reservations and room assignments, maintain guest records, and provide information on facilities and local attractions. Strong English and Bahasa Malaysia skills are required, with a courteous, guest‑focused attitude at all times.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of front office or customer service experience in hospitality.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with diverse guests.
• Strong problem-solving ability and work well under pressure.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia; additional languages a plus.
• Familiarity with hotel reservation systems and guest management software.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests on arrival and manage check-in/check-out.
• Respond to guest inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Assist with reservations, room assignments, and maintaining guest records.
• Provide information on hotel facilities, local attractions, and transport options.
• Handle cash and card transactions and balance daily reports.
• Coordinate with other departments to meet guest needs.
• Maintain a high level of service and a friendly attitude at all times.
