• Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet and serve guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and ensure timely delivery.
• Set up, clear, and maintain dining tables according to hotel standards.
• Provide menu recommendations and answer guests' questions regarding food and beverages.
• Ensure guest satisfaction by responding promptly to requests and resolving concerns.
• Assist in restaurant opening, closing, and daily operational procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in all service areas.
• Process bills and handle cashless transactions accurately.
• Support banquet, event, and catering functions when required.
• Follow Marriott brand standards, food safety, and workplace safety guidelines.
