Job summary

This role requires standing and moving between spaces, delivering service excellence and creating a welcoming experience for HSBC personnel, customers and guests.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of hospitality front-of-house experience.
• Experience in corporate environments is preferred.
• Bartending and beverage service experience beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Host the main reception area with a warm, professional welcome.
• Coordinate room bookings and direct guests to meeting spaces.
• Provide information and concierge-style assistance to visitors.
• Maintain clean, orderly lobby and ensure safety procedures are followed.
• Collaborate with security, facilities, and hospitality teams as needed.
