Valenza Hotel & Cafe Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Front Desk/Receptionist to check guests in and out, take reservations, and support daily hotel operations. Full training provided.

You will handle payments, manage cash with care, assist walk-in guests, and coordinate with housekeeping to maintain clean rooms. This role includes rotating shifts and weekends, with earning potential including RM3 commission per room-night.

Competenze

• Experience in front desk or cash handling is a plus.
• Good spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Willing to work rotating shifts including weekends.

Mansioni

• Check guests in and out and make reservations using our hotel system (full training provided)
• Collect payment before check-in or stay extensions, by cash, debit or credit card, or virtual credit card for online bookings
• Count and hand over your cash balance at the start and end of each shift
• Help walk-in guests and sell rooms and extensions, earning RM3 commission per room-night
• Handle guest requests and complaints calmly and professionally
• Coordinate with housekeeping on clean and dirty rooms, and report room issues to maintenance
• Order daily supplies such as mineral water and tissue rolls from our suppliers
• Able to work rotating shifts (morning, afternoon and night), including weekends
